In partnership with the Ian Potter Foundation, Kaziw Meta has secured funding to establish a Transition House on Thursday Island.

This initiative will support young people to graduate through Kaziw Meta and continue their training and employment pathways on island, with safe and supported housing options available for youth as they take their next steps.

Kaziw Meta will provide wrap around support through wellbeing, academic guidance, and practical life skills development to help young people build
independence, stability, and confidence.
